June's Big Birthday Bash

Our little June Bug turned one this past Saturday. She has been so fun to have in our family and we love her very much. We celebrated her birthday on Friday night at Josh and Darcy's house with Dan and Katie joining all of us. I made my vegan chocolate cupcakes to share with everyone. She loved her cupcake, and ate it like a princess. Then it was time for bed. The adults enjoyed some great wine and conversation, and the kids played video games and watched a movie.

I am excited to watch June grow and change this next year. It will be interesting to see how she adjusts to not being the baby anymore. I think she will do okay. She loves following Melea and Lily around, and really wants to get in on wrestling time with Daddy. She's a tough little monkey.
If any of you think of her in these next coming months, please pray for her. She continues to have fluid in her ears and we are waiting for them to clear on their own before we proceed to have tubes put it. God loves His little children, and we know that He hears our prayers for them.

Deuteronomy 5:29 "Oh that they had such a heart in them, that they would fear Me and keep all My commandments always, that it may be well with them and with their sons forever!"

That is my prayer for my little June.
Welcome family and friends to Michael and Chandelle's family blog. One of the reasons I decided to start this blog was because I wanted to share a short clip from June's birthday. My sister in law has put an awesome blog together of their family and it really inspired me. I hope you all enjoy our little stories and pictures of the big events and everyday family life. We love you all and especially miss those of you who are not near to experience these times with us. This is for you. We miss you.
